Fairly simple recipe. I personally don't like lettuce so I used spinach instead. Loved the overall combination of this.

This was lite and refreshing and very easy. I got home late from work and it was done in a 1/2 hour. I love the sublte flavors of this salad, even my mother and husband, who do not normally appreciate such a lite meal enjoyed it. I did not have bread, but next time I would definetly serve it with some nice french bread. I will definetly make it again, but it is more summer fare than winter. Very good.
