The pizza dough was really bland, i used different toppings and there's no measurements for the pizza sauce.

Awsomeness. I can't wait to make this tomorrow morning while kids are at school. From all the comments this is what I am looking for in a dough. Just purchased fresh mozzarella for this.

Hey Garrettson, you should learn to spell before you comment on anything else.

The pizza was great, by the way.

I have to say that the pizza from the restaurant is awesome. I had a fresh pizza pie and Stromboli made instead of selecting from the premade slices. AMAZING! My family are pizza connoisseurs and I can't wait to make the recipe on my own. I am sure that it will also be tasty. Stay tuned...

Outstanding recipe. made a killer fresh mozzerella pie that was awsome. coated dough with olive oil and use corn meal instead of flour to nead dough out. whole family wanted more. made 4 batches and froze half.

This is probably one of the easiest pizza doughs to make and work with. When shaping it you don't have to fight with it. I liked it but it lacked flavor. Unlike this recipe most pizza dough recipes I have made call for olive oils and sugar and I think that's where the lack of flavor comes in.

I have also been looking for a good dough recipe and this is it! I moved from NY to north carolina and pizza isn't the same so it's nice I can make my own.

I have been looking for a very good pizza dough recipe for a long time and this is the one I will stick with.

When I saw the episode featuring Pizzeria Luigi, I wanted to create his pizza in my home. It was easy to prepare and you can use it the same day.

The dough is not like any other pizza dough i worked with. Its very delicate and can tear easy. you must put the toppings on the pizza stone or pizza pan as its not transferrable. if it tears, the dough can easily be kneaded back together. For me, I am sure its a matter of time for me to master to working with this dough.

I put some slices of rolled out dough on the pizza stone and the bread sticks came out fantastic. The kids were asking me to make more. Its a side of bread for other meals.
