This was pretty good although I think it lacked flavor. Next time I will sautee garlic and onion and add more salt, add some mushrooms and I think it will be better. I also could not taste the cheese in it so next time I will use chedder. It was my 1st time making frittata and it was very easy!

Anne, you are the best of the best on Food Network. This frittata is outstanding. The directions are clear, and the taste is fantastic! You should be on the network more often!

My husband adored it and it was like anne said easy as pie. Good smashed fingerlings and beaten eggs. Poor things did't have a chance but come out good. You go Anne Burell
