I followed the recipe exactly and loved every bite! I might try some of the variations I've read about here next time. This is a keeper!

This was delicious...although I made a few changes. I increased cream to 1 cup put 3 eggs instead of 2, added a dash of nutmeg and 1/4 cup of cornmeal. My family loved it! I love watching the Neely's, they have inspired me to get my husband in the kitchen with me to cook sometimes, it is kinda sexy!

Glad I read reviews first. Made half the recipe but used both eggs, all the cheese, milk & cream (plus a little more and only 1/8 tsp. cayenne. It was ok but thought it would be better. Ended up eating it with Smart Balance liberally applied. Oh, and I used fresh corn cut off the cob.

I USED SIX EARS OF CORN, AND THERE DIDN'T SEEM TO BE ENOUGH 'PUDDING' TO HOLD THE CORN TOGETHER. AND I USED THE AMOUNT OF CAYENNE PEPPER THE RECIPE CALLED FOR...BOY WAS IT SPICY!!! IT TOOK AWAY THE SWEET TASTE THAT I'M USED TO CORN PUDDING HAVING. NEXT TIME, I WILL EITHER USE LESS CORN OR MORE OF THE FILLING INGREDIENTS (AND A LOT LESS CAYENNE.

This corn pudding is so easy to put together and it is delicious. My boyfriend is totally hooked on it! I make it almost every week now. I started using a bag of Bird's Eye frozen sweet white corn.....it really cuts down on the prep time and we can't tell the difference from when I was using fresh corn. Thanks Neely's!!!!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! This was awesome. I started to half the recipe since I only had 3 ears of corn but the liquid did not appear to be enough so I added all the liquid so it would not be dry and it turned out great.... I will definitely make this again and again and again.

Just finished making the corn pudding and I must admit, I was underwhelmed. Although my family said that enjoyed it, I found something missing. I think I'm going to try sweeter corn next time and whole milk. I seem to remember when I was watching this episode that Gina remarked she used whole rather than 2 or 1%. Maybe that was the difference, but I am willing to try this recipe again
