    This recipe spawned a fantastic whole egg omelet with balsamic vinegar on the tomatoes instead of cider. I also added a little bit of turkey. The parsley addition was fantastic as well as the idea to broil on high for a little bit.
    Very tasty meal. I am sure this meal would be just as tasty without the alterations.

    This was good, I didnt make the tomato salad just used goat cheese inside.

    I have been looking for an egg white omelet recipe for a long time that does not stick AND cooks the center, this was it!
