I made this last night for dinner, and instead of using baby mozzarella, I just got a big one and cut it into bite size pieces. It was great with fresh garden tomatoes!!! It's a nice change on the mozzarella/tomatoes sandwich, but with my favorite olives and pasta!!! how can you go wrong?!?
Next time, I think I may try pairing it with some fish.

I served this up for my italian roommates and they thought it was fantastic! I served it at room temperature, though, and had to heat it up. It was a very good dish!

The first time I made this, I enjoyed it better the next day, unheated.
So the next time I made it, I shocked the pasta with cold water before mixing it with the herbs/moz/tomato mixture.
WAY BETTER!

I made this for my husband and I one night and he enjoyed it. The flavors were very good and an interesting bunch, yet next time, I will serve cold. Not luke warm. The hot pasta with the cold mozzarella and cold tomatoes mixed and settled to be luke warm. Wasnt the greatest. Yet I do recommend this recipe and it is a light meal, great for lunch or a picnic or bar-b-que.
