    This was delicious. I was limited on ingredients but created an amazing delicious meal. Served on Greens with Grape tomatoes and drizzled some light olive oil on it!! Its was Yummy!!

    I just have two questions (I didn't see the show. Why would you make 9 Tbsp of blackening mixture and only use 6 Tbsp? And at the end of the recipe it says to put EITHER the chicken or the fish on the salad...wouldn't it make sense to decide if you want chicken or fish before you make them both?#@?

    The blackening mixture was somewhat salty. I will continue to make this but will cut back on the salt the next time I make a batch. Otherwise, this was a great recipe.

    Like all of George's recipes I have tried, this one is also excellent. We made the salmon and my husband raved about it. I would highly recommend this recipe.
