I am new to low carb...this was an excellent first week dish. I substituted sauteed chicken for the tofu. My husband and I loved it and could eat every week!!!

I loved it and I even used different veggies. Hated the sesame oil.

Finally a recipe for a Low Carb-Vegetarian. The vegetables were delicious and the sesame oil gave it a terrific taste. It was so easy to cook, most of the time was spent chopping vegetables. This is my favorite recipe!

I tried this dish for dinner and was very impressed. DELICIOUS!!!!!! I didn't have the teriyaki sauce on hand, but it was good. Easy to prepare and quick.

Tried a modified version of this recipe for dinner tonight and loved it! We didn't even have the teriyaki sauce, and it was still good. We added the ingredients to the hot wok in the order George suggested so as not to overcook some things and under cook others. We can see why his sons enjoy making this dish - it was easy, quick and delicious. We're trying to do the low-carb thing, but after this meal which was so light, we decided an ice cream sundae would be okay, ha! Rationalization at work-
