This has become our family's favorite way to have asparagus! Beats steaming hands down. Simply wonderful!

Delicious! I will only eat asparagus roasted from now on...and the Hollandaise is so quick and easy to make.

I don't like asparagus at all, but i love this! Probably because I roast these bad boys for a long time and they get all golden brown and crunchy. Just plain yummy!

My boyfriend is a picky eater, but he devoured this. I thought he was going to drink the sauce.

made this for Easter dinner - along with roasted lamb and new potatoes - and it was oh-so easy. I just put the pan in the oven when the potatoes were 10 minutes from finishing, and viola! everything was ready at the same time! I did not make the hollandaise - but I used Bobby Flay's lemon aioli (see his grilled new potatoes recipe and my family loved it! will make this over and over again!

I have never attempted a hollandaise sauce but, I am so glad I did! This was a wonderful side dish for my Easter ham. I only wish I had made more. I will definately be making this again!

I made this as a side dish with cornish game hens and I thought it was very good. I accidentally overcooked the asparagus but it still turned out really good. I also thought that the hollandaise sauce was a tad too lemony, but was great once I added seasonings. The instructions weren't specific for what kind of seasonings, so I added Hungarian Paprika, salt and pepper. I loved it overall! I appreciated the tip in the recipe about how to arrange the asparagus if doubling the recipe.
