The cooking time is incorrect, here it notes 1.5 hrs which is why no ones rice is cooked, I folllowed the directions completely BUT let it cook to the consistancy noted from start to finish that took 3 hours it came out rich and yummy like rossotto!

If your rice is uncooked, and you want it cooked, I'll let you in on a hint: add liquid and cook it longer.

Followed the recipe to a "t."
The rice never cooked, though I let it "gently simmer", as the recipe instructed, for almost three hours (much longer than the 1 1/2 hrs. called for in the recipe.
Good flavor, but uncooked rice -- had to throw it out.

made the recipe exactly as listed - the overall taste, consistency is rather good - I also added a cinnamon stick to the recipe. But, the brown rice is crunchy to the taste even after 1 1/2 hours of slow cooking. Next time, I may opt to cook the brown rice first, then continue on with the recipe. My family and I was disappointed..

I used long grain rice and it took forever to cook! The flavor was still fantastic!

This one is totally going to throw off the 5 star curve for me. It was so unbelievable delicious and easy. I thought the coconut flavor would be overpowering but it wasn't at all. It was creamy and thick and amazing.

I changed the brown rice to Chinese regular rice, tasted good.
