Wow! I am not a meatloaf person. But I had a dinner party and served this-everyone loved it! And they all said it was one of the best home-cooked meals they have ever had. There were 8 people so I doubled the recipe...it made 3 meatloafs and they were all gone! I wasn't going to make the sauce but I'm glad I did. It was delicious. MAKE THE SAUCE!

My family has never been a fan of meatloaf. I fixed the Cheeseburger Meatfoaf and Sauce Recipe for the first time for a family reunion. May i say, there was not even any sauce in the pan to sop up with bread. Everybody wanted a copy of this FABULOUS recipe. I have fixed it twice since then and just absolutely love it. It's a hit in my home.
    THANKS PAULA!

I made this on a "kid weekend", when my husband's two children are with us. They raved about it, and they're both like "Mikey", they hate everything!

While I am not normally a meatloaf fan, I found this recipe to be wonderful. I don't make the sauce any more since we love it just the way it is. By the way, the dog just loves the bread from the bottom of the loaf pan. I only give it to him once every couple of months since I am watching his weight.
I double or triple the recipe and slice it when cool, wrap it in plastic wrap, freeze it, and have it on the ocassional nights I do not feel like cooking. You can microwave it, or better yet, pan fry it. Never any waste and so delicious!

Everyone has always loved my meatlaof... but since I made this the first time it's everyones favorite !! My fiance and his kids are VERY fussy with food.. but this is one recipe that they ALLL love... Including my own kids. I make it just a lil different then you do Paula... I don't use the peppers... and I use onion powder... and instead of using Ritz crackers... I use Cheeez-its... Makes it even more cheesier and it's fabulous !! I'm asked to make it all the time and I do. Thanks Paula !!!

I have made this several times, and yes, after the first time when my meatloaf fell apart, I added an egg. Otherwise, I don't know how you keep it together. This is the tastiest meatloaf I have ever had, and I love meatloaf!

This was a very good meatloaf, I don't typically care for meatloaf, but this one I enjoyed. However, I do agree with everyone else, it was very flimsy, not firm at all, and I would do it next time w/out the bread.

My meatloaf fell apart. Love the taste but it would not cut into slices. My company ate it with a spoon.......... NO EGGS Maybe I'll try it again and add a egg.
