I made this for a party, and did not get any feedback from those who tried it (not a good sign. I wasn't a big fan myself, and probably won't make this again.

I've made this numerous times since seeing it on Rachaels show. I loved it. I loved the flavor of all the ingredients and the orange zest gave it an extra zing!! And its so easy to make. Thanks

I agree with the people who said Giada's recipe for this is much better. I've noticed that Rachael makes a lot of the same things as Giada does, but she basically messes them up. Giada, on the other hand, is consisently good, probably because she knows what she is doing!

I love Rachael's recipes, but this recipe was kind of bad. I would omit the orange zest and the cream, which isn't necessary. I don't know, though, it still isn't my favorite way to have crab.

Omit the cream and you're in business. These will fly off the platter with a few tweeks. I like Rachael Ray, but there is always some tweeking to do. Giada's recipe is better in my opinion. Check hers out before making this one.

I made this for a party I was hosting and people loved it! The orange zest makes it so refreshing.

This was very easy and was a big hit with everyone. I did end up adding a bit of sugar to sweeten the crab a bit. The endives sometimes can be a little bitter so I might try subsitute that with something else next time.

I didn't particularly like this recipe, but if your going to make it, make sure you get hearts of endive. They didn't carry them at my grocery store, but they might have been better if they did.
