    I made it for my grandfather's 90th bday party and it was amazing...definately no leftovers. However I did not add the olives, because I don't like them.

    This was SOOOO easy to make and was a huge hit at a recent dinner party. I actually also served the mixture on the side with crackers and folks loved it that way too!

    I was done with this before I knew it! I made all the recipes from this show that they were greatly received and so fast. Less than 45 minutes for all! I have ordered all Giada's cookbooks now. I could not be more impressed with how delicious this salad was!

    this was a great appetizers to much on over drinks, everyone loved it. I did leave out the olives, though, as we don't like them. This has become a stable at my house house, Thanks Giada!

    The recipe is great with or without the olives! The lemon really makes this cheese spread awesome.
