My guests loved these. I also sprinkled my platter with chive blossoms which added more color and interest. The next morning, I broiled the leftovers for a delicious, hot and toasty breakfast, memorable of my dinner party the evening before.

This was a great hit with my dinner guests. It kept well in the refrigerator also. I think I would use a little less Rosemary next time but will definately make it again.

I thought these were quite good and tasty (as well as easy to make. However, I do think it's missing something, maybe a bit of garlic? I'll try that next time.

Also, I think it's easier and faster to toast the baguette rounds under the broiler for a couple of minutes than to bake them.

I made these along with other finger foods for a Girl's Night and they were wonderful. I did not use the olives and forgot to use the chives - however, they were still very tasty. Nice and creamy with a nice lemony background. They were also so easy to make. Will make again and again.

Made this for a group of my husband's friends and they loved it! My husband continued to rave about it for days after as well. It's hard to go wrong with goat cheese and olives. Absolutely delicious!

I made these for my daughters first birthday party last weekend and I was a little disappointed. In the future I will use more goat cheese and less lemon. I love the taste of goat cheese and thought the lemon was to overpowering. Otherwise, a very good recipe - easy to make and pretty to look at!

This recipe would of been great if I liked goat cheese. Next time I will substituite it for another soft cheese like gorgonzola. The presentation looked pretty though!
