    This reciped turned out to be very simple. The only thing I changed was how much lemon peel to add, even then I thought it was too much, but my guests loved them!

    This recipe, aside from being quick and easy, is delicious and very classy. My only complaint: it's impossible to stop eating it!

    Very light and refreshing. I served the cheese mixture separately, and let people spread their own on crackers and toast. Everyone loved it.

    wow...so delicious! I didn't know if I'd like goat cheese but the whole things is divine. I put green sicilian olives on half the toasts and kalamata on the other half. Looked beautiful and so great. Matches very well with wine.
