I gave a bridal shower for my best friend, who is pregnant, so I replace the wine with gingerale. It was so good; everyone loved it.

I set up a Bellini Bar for a New Year's Day Open House and it was a huge hit - we even ran out of champagne! The purees were easy enough to make, but I would definitely strain the blueberry through some cheese cloth as my fine strainer wasn't fine enough and bluberry Bellini had little pieces of blueberry skin floating around. The peach and the raspberry were perfect and worked well together too!

These turned out great - taste and looks - and went over really well at a recent party. It did take a bit longer than I expected to strain the purees for the fruits with seeds, but worth it.

Loved the purees! The bellinis were delicious. I got rave reviews for serving them at a recent birthday celebration! I used peaches, strawberries and red raspberries (my favorite!.

We tried these with fresh fruit (we did peach and a berry medley, since it IS summer, and they were yummy. I like the idea of putting out a variety of fruit purees for guests to choose from. I'll definitely make these again for a party!

Made these for a dinner party with friends and everyone raved. After that, my boyfriend made it for his family and his mom now wants us to get married! Easy and delicious.
