    this recipe was excellent! I replaced making the tomatoe sauce by scrach and used canned spagetti sauce...it cut my time in half! It was fast, easy and even my 3 year old like it!

    I followed the recipe to a T. It looked and smelled great, but it was a disappointment. The eggplant was too tough, it probably should have been sliced thinner and cooked longer. The ricotta could have used some more flavor. There was plenty, unfortunately we're throwing the rest out. oh well.

    I have been hungry for pizza, spaghetti, and lasagna. This dish has satisfied all of those cravings! And I am so full and only ate one rolatini. I still can't believe how much weight and inches I am losing and I have never eaten better! Thank you!
