I found this dish to be delicious and super easy to make. It wasn't earth-shattering, but my family gobbled it up and enjoyed it. I just wish I had made it the night before.

Also, a happy byproduct was that I had a bunch of pecans left over and I made pralines which were a runaway hit.

A great alternative to those who like sweet potatoes, but not fond of the whole marshmallow contraption we grew up with. This is great anytime of the year, not just Thanksgiving. It went wonderfully with my Pork Loin a couple weeks ago! Highly recommend it!

This is the first time I have used sweet potatoes. Even my fussy husband tried it and "it isn't bad" was his response. I will make this again. It's so easy but not too sweet.

This is my third year making this casserole and EVERYONE raves over it! I think the big difference is that I put mini marshmallows on top and then throw the dish in the oven to melt them. And I also skipped on the pecans.

My husband tried this at work and wants me to make it. He likes marshmallows with his. I isually bake my yams with brown sugar, a little maple syrup , butter and spiced apples(makes sweet syrup. Me and my sons like the taste of the yams. Just will make both.

Easy to make. I like my sweet potatoes, sweet. I added extra brown sugar, still wasn't sweet enough. Good recipe, I will just add more brown sugar next time and maybe more butter.

While visiting a friend, I had this dish served cold as a spread on a turkey sandwich! It was great cold so I knew I had to make this from scratch. It was easy to make and VERY good! Thanks Nono!!

I tried this on Thanksgiving and my whole family and the in-laws loved it. My mother in law used to make her's from the canned yams but now everyone requests that I make this instead! You just gotta try it!

I tried this recipe for Thanksgiving and the family loved it.!!!!!! it's Christmas and they requested it again. It is very simple to make-- as a matter of fact-- hubby is making it this time because I am working the day before until late
