I have tried a few reciepes, nothing has quite been just right until this one. I really like this crust. I used sugar since I had no honey, and once I rolled out into a square pan I let it rise again. Then I topped it with homemade sauce and some favorite toppings...fantastic!

This recipe is extremely easy, the dough is very easy to work with. I only end up using 2 1/2 cups flour.

We have tried our share of different recipes and this one is by far the best! We had a little get together at our house and everyone loved the pizza and went back for seconds and wanted more! Next time I'll make a few with different toppings! Party hit!! Thanks again Emeril!

I made this last night and everyone loved the pizza. I did add garlic powder for a little zip. No more store bought pizza crust for us.

Well I am sure this recipe would have made much more sense had it been completed.
There was no instruction on time to bake, temperature, or did I miss that?
also it had no suggestions for baking it in the oven or on a stone, what would be the best way?
well i guess if you cook a lot you could probaly figure it out.
just incase ya need to know, I baked this on a regular pizza pan in my kitchen oven at 425' for 25- 30 minutes
just check it after 20 minutes it depends on what toppings you use.
Overall it was a great basic dough recipe, and I most defenetly will use it again, with my own variations.

The recipe was very easy to follow, but when I baked it, it rose, a ton. My pizza turned out to look more like a circle of bread with sauce and cheese than an actual pizza. Maybe I did it wrong, but it still tasted very good.
