Very good. The only thing is I would season the vegetables while they cook. Also, I used bacon instead of prosciutto and it has to render a bit before using. I use the fat left, instead of butter. Otherwise very good.

This recipe was really good, and not complicated. I followed the recipe exactly, except I did not add the proscuitto.

We loved this dish! This is a great recipe that doesn't take as long as some other risotto recipes. And we loved the bright colors from the peppers. I will definitely use this recipe again.

I'm new to risotto, and this recipe delivered excellent results. As long as everything is chopped and prepared in advance, I find that risotto is easy to make, and the flavours in this dish are savory and delightful. I added a bit more prosciutto at the end and it was really perfect.
