This was a great stew, but took a lot of ingrediants which were easy to find though.

I love love love this recipe, it turns out well every time, my family never leaves leftovers when I make this. The blend of spices and wine with the beef is amazing.

Never deal with a dry roast again. This mixture of flavors will knock the socks off of your family. I plan to make this part of the holidays as well.

This dish was fun to make from start to finish... I made my own beef stock for the first time and everything in between. I couldn't afford to buy the Barolo wine, so I settled with the Dolcetto which I ended up finishing myself... This dish was a great learning experience as are many of Emeril's dishes. It made for a wonderful Fathers' Day dinner... oh and by the way... It tasted GREAT!!!

Outstanding!!! This is the best braised beef dish I've ever had. The meat was extremely tender and flavorful. Our entire house smelled delicious as this was cooking. This is a dish I am definitely going to serve at our next dinner party.

Though we both cook, my wife made this for our Son, daughter-in-law & family, on 4/10.
It was exceptionally fine beef. And guess what-the left-over beef, warmed with the juice, was fantastic. The flavors had blended even more.
