    I've now made this 7 times and it's always a hit. For a 3-4lbs boneless roast I'd make only half the stuffing or watch it ooze out while trussing. ;- I forgot this detail last time I made it and just froze what I couldn't use.

    I have made roasted leg of lamb on various occasions. This by far was the best yet - according to my husband, my guinea pig. Marinating the meat overnight in the yogurt resulted in succulent and tender meat once roasted. And the stuffing was out of this world. Now to be used on future guests. Thx so much for a great recipe.
