I just made a larger portion of this recipe. That was so.....delicious. Instead of using the heavy cream...I use a can of carnation milk. Also did corn syrup; which my mom omitted from her dish.

It's unbelievable how the recipe is exactly how we make it in haiti.....serve it great as dessert with fresh fruit or for a rich breakfast.....2 thumbs up!!!!!

I brought this to a Haitian Party, and everyone LOVED IT! It was gone in 10 minutes!! Not difficult to make, but I used a food processor to help with the grating.
