This recipe reminds me of a fantasy meal I had in Singapore. Brought back memories.

I changed a few things about the recipe for example, I used chicken breast and cooked it in a can of mango nectar... I also added a little curry to the glaze. Over all it was a yummy dinner.

never came back to life. In fact it died a second death in that 450 degree oven. Dry dry dry. What a waste of money.

The sauce for this receipe is very sweet, and the amount called for in this recipe was excessive and a waste of good honey. The sauce would have been good for some sort of dessert, but not on the chicken. The chicken would have been better if nothing had been done to it. I don't know what else to say about this recipe except, it didn't look good and didn't taste good.

wow--even sugar lovers beware. I have got to think that the measurement re: honey is wrong. There is no way that 2 cups is right. 2 C. would way over power the flavor of the mango. I only made it with 1 cup and still could not believe how sweet it was--and I do love my sweets! Next time I make this I will only put in 1/2 cup of honey. (Maybe it should read 2 cups mango juice and 1 cup honey. I reheated the chicken for only 6 minutes at 450 and it was definitely warm enough and not dry at all. The dryness some people experienced may have been partly related to how long the chicken was cooked in the rotissirie (sp? to begin with. If you like sweet sauce with your poultry give it a try but I would suggest adding honey 1/4 cup at a time.

The glaze was really sweet. Too sweet. Probably should have some vinegar or something to cut the sweetness. The chicken came out very, very dry after cooking the second tiem. And, as someone else pointed out, the glaze doesn't flavor the meat. Watch out or it will burn.

We didn't enjoy all the sugar on the chicken. It wasn't dry like some of the others have said but it wasn't exactly juicy either.

This was really good. I served it for dinner with guests and nobody knew it was a store bought chicken.
Thanks

I warmed it back up with the glaze and it was great. Juicy and tasty. Thanks for an easy and very tasty recipe!
