This was good, but it probably would've turned out better if I had used sour cream and the Havarti. I used some cream cheese mixed with a bit of chicken stock, just because that's what I had in the fridge, and some diced low fat mozzarella with half a teaspoon of dried dill. The meal certainly leaves you satisfied; this was our lunch yesterday and six hours later I was nowhere near hungry!

Mu husband "was" a pizza and burger guy; but now that he's tried this very delicious dish - he is hooked on healthier foods! The only thing I left out were the mushrooms (not a fave with everyone - the burgers were juicy, sauce was flavorful and the salad was fresh and tasty. This dish left you satisfied! :

Delicious!!! Easy, tasty, healthy, and a fun meal to make mid week or for casual company on weekends. Sooo good! Well beyond my expectations. All I make is the burger... I don't need the salad. After a few times, I made a few changes to exactly the way I like it.

    1. I don't like mushrooms, so instead, I used one finely diced zucchini per pound of chicken.
    2. Instead of poultry seasoning, I used Adobo.
    3. I used thin slices of muenster and a little dried dill instead of that cheese.
    4. I put a small dash of mustard in the sauce, to tie the flavors together.
    5. I caramelized some onions in a pan with and put them on top. So so so good.

MAKE THIS RECIPE! Moist, tasty, flavorful, guilt free. You will not be disappointed.

I saw this show a few days back and I really wanted to try it out. So I decided to make it for my boyfreind. He loves alot of foods and has really good tastes for foods. So I made it exact to the recipe and I didn't think it was that great. I think that it was very plain and not very different. So I sauted up some mushrooms in red wine and butter. Placed those atop our burgers and that made all the difference. I really liked it with the mushrooms on top. The radishs were to crunchy for the burger. It was an oh k recipe!

I was unaware there was even such a thing as ground chicken until I found in Publix after watching this show. This was more labor intensive than I really had the time for, but it was so delicious!! What a fantastic and creative combo. I have made this time and again and have certainly, with practice gotten better at making it. Burgers took a lot longer to cook than what I think Rachel's suggestion was.

Unlike most of the reviews I used beef as our stores do not always have ground chicken or turkey. I have made them several times and they are always a huge hit. One time after work I was feeling lazy and instead of chopping I put everything in the food processer, what a disappointment I will never do that again. Everthing was too blended and didn't have the same pop that these bugers usually have. I usually make the salad with the burgers, makes a great combo. I would highly encourage everyone to try this recipe. Except for the beef I make these identical to the recipe and they always turn out super (except the one disater with the food processor Great recipe thanks Rachael!!!!

this was very, very good. We prepared it as a low carb recipe without a bun and put the burger on top of the salad. The sauce was good...one we will use for lamb in the future. This is a recipe that we will use to entertain...easy to make, easy to find ingredients and refreshing and lovely to serve and eat.
