This was so good and so easy. It is a great alternative to banana bread for using ripe bananas. I also used vanilla yogurt in place of sour cream and raisinettes in place of raisins and they were sooo good!

These pancakes were incredibly good. It took a little while to get the hang of when they were ready to turn, but after that it was smooth sailing. The kids gobbled these up, as well as the adults. I discovered that smaller pancakes worked better as the bigger ones were harder to turn. Thanks Rachel (and thanks to your sister!
