These are great to make if you are having guests for dinner and they are amazingly delicious! It also doesn't hurt that they are so easy to make!

This recipe was fantastic...everyone in my family loved it. I would have given it five stars but it did need a bit of tweaking. Also I thought the prep and cook times were pretty misleading considering how long it takes to make the sides as written.
Changes I made...added a bit of honey to the mojo, the sweetness really balanced the rest beautifully.
Cooked both the rice and beans in broth instead of water, and toasted the rice in olive oil/butter before adding liquid.
I roasted the chicken in pieces with a southwest seasoning on onion/carrot/and garlic and it was incredible.
I will definately make this again. Thanks!

These are awesome. It's the mojo that makes it! Sooo good! I didn't change a thing. Well, I take that back. I used a can of black beans and just added onion and a jalapeno pepper. And the 2nd time I made it I just used a package of mexican rice. Much quicker and no one could tell the difference.

    Quick, easy and delicious!

This was my first time eating mojo sauce... SO GOOD! The first words out of my fiancee's mouth were "Oh my God". This one is a keeper ladies. If you don't have the time use canned beans, almost as good (my beans only took an hour after the hour soak. I added more garlic to each part of the meal b/c we love lots of garlic. (6 in rice, 6 in beans & 5 in mojo I also kept the seeds of the serrano in for the mojo for some extra heat. Tyler has done it again !! TY Tyler!

I only made the black beans from this recipe and they were really good! Definitely added a lot of salt & pepper but they were really easy to make!

The combination of ingredients for these burritos make your taste buds do tapdances on your tongue! If you want the most delicious tacos, burritoes, whatever you want, this is the recipe to use. The Mojo sauce makes it awesome! Tyler calls for a whole roated chicken, shredded, so I use Paula Deen's recipe for poaching a chicken. If you do a search with the words "Paula Deen chicken noodle" (which is another fantastic recipe you will find a list of ingredients under the subtitle "stock". That is what you want to put in the pot with the chicken. Also, Tyler gives you a recipe for yellow rice. I just buy a bag of Lipton's Fiesta Sides - their Mexican Rice flavor, and it tastes just as good and saves you a lot of time. Also, he has a recipe for spicy black beans. I just buy 2 cans of already spicy black beans, so I don't have to spend hours making the black beans soft. I know Harris Teeter carries spicy black beans near where they store their tacos. If your grocery doesn't sell spicy black beans, just buy 2 cans of regular black beans, and follow Tyler's recipe for making spicy black beans. Of course, you just wouldn't have to let your beans soak. Get ready to eat the most delicious tasting burritos in the world!!!
