Made the turkey burgers without the turkey chili. The chili seemed like too much. The burgers have so much flavor you don't need to add to them. I did cut down on the "hot" a bit. They were a big hit with my crowd--first burgers on the grill for this season! Did make some changes with the cole slaw--used green cabbage and red onion instead (things I already had and it was delicious! That's what I like about Rachel--she encourages you not to be afraid to substitute and make it your own. Will definitely do again!

In true Rachel Ray fashion, a little too spicy with the amount of spices she has listed. I recommend cuting the amount in half if you don't like spicy burgers. Pretty good without the chili also.

This was my first turkey burger and it was delicious! I did not make the chili to go on top, thought that would have been a little much. I will definitely make these again.

I made the coleslaw with a little variation (I used a dash of honey dijon mustard instead of hot sauce. Very light, great for summer!! I also made the Turkey burgers with some variations and they were excellent as well.
