This is a keeper. I didn't think it would be done in the time alloted,but was very surprised it was! I too need a bigger dutch oven or a smaller chicken!!

This recipe is fabulous, I enjoyed preparing it along with the delicious aroma. I like having a pot on the stove simmering it's a comfort food recipe with elegance. The best is when completed and you taste it, I was thrilled and promptly shared the recipe with friends.

I don't cook very often, but I found this recipe simple and easy to execute. The end result was fantastic, and all the flavors harmonized beautifully. Definantly worth the effort even if you don't have a dutch oven, like me. (Browning chicken one by one is time consuming!
