I made this for our Christmas Eve dinner. It was a hit. I love this recipe. I've made it with other meats like chicken kabobs & shrimp in the past. So tasty!!! Easy, flavorful, and a hit for entertaining!!!

This was my first time having game hens, and WOW am I glad that I tried this recipe! Only my hens were a bit bigger so I had to cook them longer and use ore glaze but all in all A+ Sandra Lee!

I used chicken breasts instead of the hens and it was delicious. The chicken had a pretty brown colorand it did not dry out at all. I did find that I had to cook it a little longer than the recommended time. This was my first time cooking a Sandra Lee recipe.

I read several of the reviews and incorporated some of their suggestions ie piercing the meat, i added salt and doubled the marinade recipe and kept half for basting. I baked it at a lower temperature to keep it from browning to quickly. overall it was quick and easy.

I really wanted to try this recipe but am not a big fan of Cornish Game Hens. I marinated boneless skinless chicken breasts and then grilled them so that they wouldn't dry out in the oven. They were great! Nice flavor with a little bite, but not too spice. Definitely would make again.

You need to poke the hens w/ a fork and marinate over night for the taste to enter the bird, other than that, it was very nice.

This was an delilcious meal. I marinated the hens over night with double the marinade. Entire meal was cooked in an hour and totally fit for a king!
