    This is real comfort food. So good and rich, sticks to your ribs on a cold night! I will make it often.

    This was an amazing soup. Every time my husband filled up his bowl he said it was the best CNS he'd ever had. My daughter immediately told me this was a do again dinner. Great recipe, thanks Paula!

    I don't think chicken noodle soup gets much better than this! It was even better the next day. I wouldn't leave out the grated parm cheese or the sherry- that really gave it that extra oomph. I used a splash of milk instead of cream and you wouldn't know the difference. Way to go Paula!

    I have made this soup over and over again. It is my absolute favorite chicken noodle soup hands down! I have yet to serve it to anyone who does not ask for the recipe. My husband is not a soup lover but he requests this one all the time. You just can't go wrong with it.

    Made this soup today and it's delicious! I'm not an experienced cook, but can follow instructions and that I did. The only "creative" things I did were to use both fine and regular egg noodles and to strain the broth before adding the veggies because there was a lot of chicken gunk floating around. I didn't add rosemary...just forgot to go cut some before I got started.

    To keep it light, I didn't use cream or cheese and w/o having tasted it with those additions, I have nothing but good to say as far as the flavor and how easy this soup was to make. I plan to make it with the cream and cheese just to see what everyone is raving about. That being said, In my quest to find "the best" chicken noodle soup recipe, I will continue to try others, but as it stands, this one is at the head of the class and will stay in the rotation until (IF it is ever knocked off the top of the heap!

    Just like my Mom's chicken noodle soup growing up! Paula does it every time, and she did this time too. This soup was flavorful, fresh, and just warms you up. We ate about 20 minutes ago, and my boyfriend is still saying, "MMmmmm! So good...Wow..."! I added a little tiny bit more sherry because I've never used it before and I loved the way it smelled, and I added a lot more carrots and left out the mushrooms, but I kept everything else the same. Great recipe Paula, but I expected nothing less from you :

    Good soup!!! I made this several times and to cut back on calories I used 2% milk instead of cream and tasted pretty much the same.
