This is by far my favorite way to eat Broccoli. Easy to make with minimal ingredients.

I was a little hesitant about this at first because I've never made broccoli like this. It seemed like too much liquid, but it actually wasn't. It turned out great. The broccoli was crisp and had a lot of flavor. I will make this again!

We really enjoyed it. It had a lot of flavor and was a hit with the family. The only thing I'd do is cut back on the salt a bit. It was a little too salty.

The only thing I did different to this recipe is that I did not cut the broccoli the way they say here. I left a good chunk of the "stalk" and just sliced the "trees" in half so I had a good size piece in tact. But other than that, followed it to the "T" and man it does turn out some good broccoli. It's not the best you'll ever have, but it's darn good. Just give your broc a taste to see if it is to your liking on tenderness, and just adjust accordingly. But it's a good quick recipe. I learned how to do a similar recipe with zuchini, so I am sure it will taste just as good with that as well.
