Amazing! I used lobster, shrimp, and scallops for proteins. Everything else I followed exactly and boy was it delicious! I made 5 pot pies from the recipe. My husband who isnt a seafood eater, loved it! He was literally drinking the broth from the ramekin and ate 3! He cant stop talking about them and now all of his co workers are asking for the recipe! Its a warm, buttery cross between a classic pot pie and a real clam chowder. Its a must try!

You have got to give this Seafood Pot Pie a try... It may be a little pricey to get all the ingredients together- but definitely worth every penny! I found where you can order the Everglades Seasoning it called for at www.evergladesseasoning.com
Enjoy!

Silly question but alas: When you add the shrimp, should they be already cooked or raw and they'll cook in the oven??

I had the "original" at Uncle Bubba's Oyster Bar in Savannah. When they served it, strangers came to my table to look at this beautiful dish. It was the best seafood dish that I've ever tasted. I've tasted a few! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Made this for dinner last night and as many others have done I made some substitutions. Added catfish, tilapia, used bay scallops instead of large ones, made some shrimp broth because I could not find seafood seasoning, or seafood bouillon. This was a very easy and delicious meal, the lattice top was impressive, and everyone's comment was it was light but filling, you didn't feel "stuffed". Will definitely make this again - for Christmas dinner and may use lobster meat. Thank you, Paula and Bubba, for a wonderful recipe. As one of my guests said - this one's a keeper!!!

If you like seafood you"ll love this recipe. When I attempt ANY recipe from Paula it always comes out a winner! To me the best part is the puff pastry crust. You can never go wrong with a Paula Deen recipe!
