I normally enjoy Rachael's 30-minute meals, but this one was not worth the time. It did not taste very good.

I served this for guests along with the spicy pork/shrimp balls so I omitted the chicken. It was delicious!

This is a great simple recipe. Add fresh mint when serving and it really adds a fresh taste.

Everyone loves this soup. I didn't care for the noodles, so I used Japanese noodles and also added a few shakes of ground red pepper. This has become a regular, especially for company.

We are not soup eaters but we Love this soup. I do add sesame oil and chili sauce, but that's what is great about this soup you can add anything. If you find the soup bland add any or all the suggestions reviews made and you'll have a great tasting pot of soup.

I think if you make it right, you will like it. I love Thai food, I love cilantro. How can I not like this soup. If you dont like cilantro, then dont even try it. Very yummy. Even better the next day.

Wonderfully delecious. My son wanted me to turn it off it look so good, he didn't think he could make it. I did and he and his wife could not get enough. There was left overs and I enjoyed a second helping when my wife came home from work. She had 2 helpings also. It went together very quickly 30 minuets was true.

I thought this soup was great even though I put in too many noodles and I couldn't find some of the ingredients in my small town grocery stores.
