Before I made them I read the reviews and not one person said anything about too much lime flavor, so I went w/ what the recipe called for...WAY TO overpowering. We thought the dipping sauce was delicious. You have to play around with it and make it to suit your taste, that's all! Next time I will use less lime and more spice. Overall, they were very good, tho. We ate them w/ the soup and it was a delicious and filling meal!!

These were unbelievable! I am fairly new to cooking and I have taken to it so much that I try a new recipe every night of the week and so far, out of all I've tried, this one tops the cake! I brought them to work with me the next day and everyone loved them! Thanks Rachael! You're my favorite host!

This is such a great appetizer, or is great as an entree with a side of steamed veggies. Tastes just like you took the insides out of a dumpling and panfried it. This has a very authentic taste. I subsitituted the ground pork for ground chicken, and it turned out well. We'll be making this again!
