    Oh ... My ... God ... !! Save this recipe!!! Use 1/3 the amount of Fennel seeds and watch it very, very closely; it burns easily. But ... OMG ... Save this recipe, it is TO DIE FOR!!!

    This is a wonderful way to prepare swordfish that highlights the flavors and aroma of the fish FYI, domestic swordfish is rated a "best choice" by the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California.

    Delicious! And the spice rub (with modifications to your taste can be used in a variety of recipes.

    taste..wonderful
    prepartion..sooooo easy
    presentation..The swordfish was almost
    too beautiful to eat and I was a hit.
