    The effort put into this recipe is so worth it! It tastes amazing, both the pork and the sauce. My dad is a big fan of mole, so I thought I'd give it a try making it from scratch, and we weren't dissapointed!

    I made the pork to serve with some white bean chili. I used the recipe but did the pork overnight in the crockpot. Talk about easy! And sooooo tasty.

    the only reason I gave it 4 of 5 is the mole sauce was to sweet for me but everything else, perfect. the mole sauce can be adjusted so whoever else may give it a five, but overall I wouldn't turn it away.
