THIS FONDUE WAS VERY CREAMY AND SMOOTH. I HAVE MADE MANY CHESSE FONDUES WITH NOT MUCH SUCCESS. THEY USUALLY SEPARATE FROM CHEESE GLOB TO OIL, BUT THIS ONE STAYED TOGETHER NICELY. I ADDED SOME DRY MUSTARD AND WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND OMITED PEPPERS DUE TO OLDER AND YOUNGER GUESTS. IT WAS GREAT!!!!!! NEXT TIME FOR SUPER BOWEL WILL ADD THE PEPPERS. WILL USE RECIPE THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN. THANKS

we had a fondue party and this was the first course and it was gone fast. Served about 8 people who must have been quite hungry. We used apples, pears, peppers, broccoli, green beans, sourdough bread and all went over very well. I highly recommend this recipe, it is definitely a crowd pleaser.

We always enjoy fondue as a time to relax with the kids during the hustle and bustle at Christmas. This year, we found a few new recipes to try instead of the traditional favorites. We love the flavor of chipotle and were excited by this idea. It was wonderful! Easy to prepare and a nice warmth and flavor. I can't wait to try it with veggies and fruit, we did french and pumpernickel chunks. Yum!

I have not made fondue for a long time but when I saw this recipe I thought it looked good and worth a shot. It was not really all that difficult to make. We made cubed Italian bread, zucchini, green apple, sweet apple, red grapes. They were all very good with the cheese- chipotle fondue mixture. My wife likes it too.
