    This was truly the best I have ever had at any restaurant. Very messy to make but,It was fun to do this with my son. I just sprinkled some salt over the fried cocconut shrimp for extra flavor. YUMMY!!!A keeper for sure and very pretty on a platter with wedges of lemon.

    Very, very good. Will make this recipe over and over again. Husband says it taste just like the coconut shrimp we get at one of our favorite restaurants..Easy and delicious...Thank you Paula!!!

    I have tried several recipes for this. This is surely the easiest and best. Very do'able for larger gatherings. Mixed the marmalade with horseraddish instead of rum.

    This shrimp was fabulous! I could not believe how delicious it was. I will make this numerous times in the future. I did not have rum so I just added a little soy sauce to the orange marmalade.
