    What a great refreshing drink for the coffee lover in us all. Easy to make and pretty as a picture. Add a shot of Khalua and for a little zing in your cup. DELISH!!!!!

    I always have a Chocolate Brunch for the holidays each year which is a reserved date well in advance of invitations being mailed!!!! This is one for that occasion. Thanks Sandra

    It was a bit sweet and the chocolate chips didn't blend in. and it wasn't very thick...i drank it but it wasn't what I was expecting.

    The recipe says that it makes enough for two people, we thought that it was more than enough. The richness makes it hard to drink the whole glass. Next time we make it we will put the whipped topping in the blender to make it a bit thicker. Overall it was a nice after dinner treat with some Bailey's.

    ..that I tried this coffee things over goat cheese mashed potatoes.
    Didn't work then.
    Doesn't work now. Sorry. :-(
