Easy and quick salad to make but the dressing is a bit strong smelling.

I decided to add this salad as a last minute idea after watching this episode on Christmas Eve day. It was VERY easy to prepare and most of the ingredients I already had on hand. My family absolutely loved it and thought it was such an elegant salad that it will now become one to be served every Holiday dinner!

I found that this dish can be filling and is great for lunch or as a dinner salad.

The dressing was great! BUT, I cooked the pecans at the specified temp and time, and they were charred and smoking! Needless to say, I threw the pecans out and used toasted some pine nuts I already had. The finished product was fantastic!!

I made this salad for dinner last night and everyone loved it. I didn't have any sherry vinegar, so I replaced it with red wine balsamic vinegars (half and half. It turned out even better then I expected!

The combination of spinach, sweet and salty pecans and gorgonzola with a home made dressing was a hit with everyone. Easy to make. I could not find sherry vinegar so we substituted a good supermaket balsamic. Wonderful!

Super easy, crunchy and tasty. A great go-to salad for any dinner. Also makes a great lunch on its own or with a salmon filet.

It was as stated...very tasty, easy. I made extra nuts and munched on them while I prepared the recipe. We served with barbecued halibut
