I've never used my grill before (the hubby does all the grilling but I had a tenderloin that I really wanted to cook when he was out of town. The seasoning is great. I love the subtle cinnamon flavor. The horseradish sauce is good as well, but I would maybe serve it on the side next time as it can overpower the meat and seasonings.
