    Easy to make, impressive to guests.
    This meal tastes wonderful...the Chipotle-Raspberry glaze is the perfect compliment to the meat. I do mine in my "Big Green Egg". I suggest slow smoking with either maple or apple smoking chips.

    This is a very easy and good recipe. you can also cook this in a roaster with liquid smoke. I had to do this since my smoker broke.

    Made this for a small dinner party at our home last week. Everyone asked for the recipe. The sauce is so delicious - used the leftover sauce to spoon over grilled chicken the next day. The sauce has just a little kick (could add more chipotle to make it hotter and it really brought out the sweetness of the raspberries (I used frozen berries and it worked great. Will keep this recipe in my rotation...
