I tried this tonight and loved it. I was able to find whole grain ciabbatta bread which was delicious. I would roast the garlic next time as the raw garlic in the tomato mixture was a little too strong and overpowering.

I've made this a few times. It's easy to fill up on it while the rest of your dinner is being bbq'd, so be careful! Great flavor. Thanks, Bobby

Watched Bobby make this on tv and made my own adjustment of buying tomato bruschetta topping from the grocery store. Quick and easy and everyone was so impressed. I'm sure it tastes better with the home made tomatoes, but save yourself some time.

This was such an easy & filling appetizer. Everyone liked it & because they're so filling you don't have to make a ton of them. Also, it's really attractive.

This was a big hit at our BBQ. I made some of the topping without pine nuts for the kids and it still turned out great. Definitely go with the Prosciutto De Parma (I found it at Costco. I have made this several times now and other brands of prosciutto just don't taste quite as good as De Parma.

The grilled Ciabatta bread alone was very tasty. The tomato sauce was good although with less flavor than I would expect from Bobby Flay although it serves as a nice background for the bread and prosciutto. I will do this again and I will also use the grilled Ciabatta in other ways such as garlic bread.
