This dish is amazing. After reading the reviews last year I decided to try it. Everyone loved it. The flavors are awesome. It is now our Thanksgiving meal.

My son made this for all of us for brunch on Thanksgiving.
What a marvelous dish. Full of flavor.
This is now a family favorite and a must have for ALL of our family brunches.

OK, I deviated a lot (I tend to do that, based on what's on hand but the concept was great and the result delicious! Next time I'll spend more time actually making the sauce how it's supposed to be made.

Followed the recipe exactly except could not find any blood oranges so we used tangerine. The flavors work so well together. The hash is very easy to make. The sauce is easy but a little time consuming. Don't skip it though. I served this in a flat bowl with and everyone broke the yoke first and mixed it in with the hash. Pure heaven. We won't wait till next thanksgiving to have this as a leftover. This goes on the must do again and again list.
