    EASY, FLAVORFUL, IMPRESSIVE DISH TO SERVE GUESTS WITH THAT FABULOUS BASIL DRESSING. THIS IS A VERY QUICK WAY TO MAKE THE MOST TENDER, MOIST TASTING CHICKEN BREASTS TASTE ANYTHING BUT ORDINARY. THE BEST RECIPE SO FAR! SHE IS AMAZING.

    I swear hands down this is the best marinade for chicken. I use it all the time now. I use it when I make bbq chicken quesadillas or grilled chicken salad...Or just plain old grilled chicken breasts and I pair it up with risotto and peas. I get constant compliments and people can't believe it is only evoo, lemon and fennel.

    One of the best foods I've ever made. Absolutely delicious, healthy, and has that perfect tang from the lemon flavor and the basil. Will become a routine dish in my home! Made it twice already!

    This is an easy dish with lots of flavor. I used the non-flavored marinated chicken breast for a moist chicken. My husband loves the dressing and is putting it into dips and on his rice and anything else he can think to add it to. A must to try.

    This recipe is a staple in my summer cooking menu - so easy, light and fresh. The basil dressing is awesome, and the fennel seed really adds a punch to the chicken. I serve it with the orzo salad regularly.

    This recipe was so easy and so delicious. A great find! I made it 2 nights ago and I have already shared it with several of my friends. My husband said it was the best chicken he had ever eaten. My son (age 14 gobbled it up and had seconds. I didn't have fennel seeds so I substituted with Italian Seasoning. Next time I will try it with the fennel -- which will be soon since my family is already begging me to make it again. I served it with fresh tomatoes, bermuda onion, fresh basil and Oaxaca cheese tossed with balsamic and olive oil.

    This marinade is very easy to put together and has a great flavor. The basil dressing is so tangy, light and, again, flavorful! My 4 year old liked the chicken but wasn't brave enough for the green sauce.

    It took only few minutes to prepare the marinade for the chicken. While the chicken marinated I made the basil sauce. I only marinated for 30 minutes and the flavor was great. Next time I'll plan to marinate for a longer time period to really let the flavors penetrate. My 8 year old son loved the sauce as well, however my daughter and husband liked the chicken without the sauce.
