This a simple and absolutely delish recipe. The flavors complimented each other nicely. Can't wait to have it again!

I have yet to make the salsa, but this is by far my favorite way to cook shrimp. And I have tried alot of great shrimp recipes. A little bit of sweet with a little bit of spice. Everyone I have passed the recipe on to has LOVED IT!!!!

This was delicious but HOT! We love spicy foods, but this had quite a kick. Maybe next time I'll remove the seeds from the jalapenos. The salsa and rice were the perfect pairings for it.

I think next time, I'll double the marinade ingredients so there will be a little more sauce. Otherwise, we will definitely make this again soon.

This was delicious. I used an extra jalapeno in the mango salsa, and low fat coconut milk, it turned out great.

This is absolutely one of my favorite meals - I love this recipe. I have a good friend down the street who made this or one like it one evening - everyone raved! I begged for the recipe and she couldn't find it - so I started searching on the internet and found this by Dave Lieberman - cooked it and it turned out to be just as good, if not better. Everyone loves this meal and ask for me to cook it all the time. I am so used to cooking this - I no longer look at the recipe, it's that good.

Delicious. For such little work--peeling the shrimp is the hardest part!--the marinade is fantastic. I get compliments every time I make it!
