These burgers were really good. I liked the added hot dogs in it. Next time I'm going to add some more chili powder.

Excellent recipe. I will never understand how someone can rate something after they changed the recipe, or why people rate it based on how healthy it is, but to each their own. For people looking for an accurate review, I did not change anything. I made it like it was intended and the entire family enjoyed.

I really enjoyed these burgers and fries. It is such a good idea to put hot dogs right in the burger! It sounds kind of disgusting but actually tastes great! This is an easy meal to make and it uses simple ingredients- love it!

Have made this several times, and it is one of the few recipes that get my kids energized when I say I am thinking about cooking it.

It is a big hit with my children's friends, too. Though a couple of people ask me to make them a burger without the hotdogs-because they love the chili flavoring, but are not great hot dog fans.

    The fries are also popular.

An interesting twist to the same old boring burger. Lots of flavor! The fries were very tasty.

I made the burgers last night, but didn't try the fries. I made quite a few changes though. First, didn't have grill seasoning so used onion powder and pepper (we never use salt and subbed spicy garlic sauce for hot sauce. I put bacon pieces in the meat mixture. Also, it didn't make sense to me to put ketchup in the meat and chili sauce on the bun, so put the chili sauce in the meat mixture and then we could dress the burgers however we liked. I didn't really notice the hotdogs at all and will probably omit them next time. Will make again, but punch up the spice a bit as we didn't find them spicy at all.
