    I needed a side dish to served with baked chicken breasts but didn't want to serve the usual potatoes or rice. I had on hand all the ingredients needed to make this recipe so decided to give it a go. What a lovely combination of flavours! Even my husband, who shies away from the unusual, loved this dish. I inadvertently forgot to add the olive oil but that didn't detract from the overall flavour or appearance of the finished product. We will definitely enjoy this dish again (and next time, I won't forget the olive oil!

    I substituted the dried cranberries for raisins and it still tasted great, and it's so simple! Couscous has never tasted better...

    Wow, this is terrific! So easy to prepare, and the flavors meld beautifully. I would definitely recommend using hot curry powder. I only had regular, so I added a teaspoon of cayenne, and it was great. This is definitely a keeper! Thanks!

    This dish was absolutely fantastic. I was looking for an interesting dish to go with spicy-mustard marinated grilled pork. This was perfect. I used toasted pine nuts instead of walnuts, and it was great. My only recommendation would be to use about half of the cranberries called for in the recipe, as they were a bit overpowering. Will definitely make again and recommend!
