I made this for a church dinner (about 100 members and I received more complements and requests for recipes than anything I've ever made. This is a definite keeper, so easy and delicious. Serving the salad at room temperature is a definite plus.

PS: David Lieberman is my favorite chef!

This really does only take 15 minutes to make - it has a complex flavor and is a nice alternative to a regular salad or pasta side.

this recipe was awesome! Please note that you will need to use the entire 10 oz. box of couscous whereas the recipe calls for 5.8 oz.

I really like this recipe. It's easy and fun to make and it has all my favorite ingredients: cranberries and walnut! It tasted great!

Easy to make and delicious. Nice combo of sweet and savory. Might try with currants instead of cranberries next time.

I loved the sweetness of the cranberries. I think I'll leave out the green onions next time though.

I had leftover wheat couscous and was looking for something to do with it for a bbq I was having the next day. I tossed all of the ingredients together with the couscous and it came out great. Took so little time. Of all the salads and things I made for the bbq, this one was the one everyone commented on and asked me about. This dish went over so well. I am very impressed! Dave's sandwiches from this episode are also superb.

Saw Dave for the first time this past weekend. He is instantly at the top of our favorites list! ALL of the recipes had my wife and me staring at each other and pretending to cry! We ran out and got the cranberries and walnuts (we had everything else on handimmediately after the tv show was over, ran back home and made it. We used Hot madras curry (We do a lot of Indianin this recipe and wowie zowie fantastic! Even better tasting than the mouth watering list of ingredients sounded!(Was a little skeptical about the orange juice, but the oj and all of the flavors are amazing and sneak thru like a fine red wine! We do alot of cooking (we love to cook together and entertain-it's really a large part of who we are!and this recipe is definitely on our instant favorite list. Already raved to friends about it and sending copy to my wife's sister as soon as I am done with this review. Cannot wait to try the sandwiches from this same show!
